Choose the model that fits your organization — annual subscription (OPEX) or perpetual license (CAPEX). All editions include Basic Support for software defects; configuration and integration assistance is available via Escalation Packs or Enterprise Support plans with guaranteed SLAs.

No — Basic Support covers product defects. For integration or configuration assistance, use Escalation Packs or an Enterprise Support plan.

Do we need maintenance with a perpetual license?

Yes. Maintenance ensures you receive updates, security patches, and support eligibility.

Can unused escalations carry over?

No, they expire at the end of the contract year.
